Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure
Anyone know about the culture at Braze?

Whatever benefits they tell you we have expect them to be cut within a year. Every year more benefits are cut.
G3, I can confirm legacy Navigant benefits were better - maybe it depends on which plans you select but the HDHP bronze (equivalent of Navigant HDHP) is much higher out of pocket for primary/spouse, the HSA contribution was cut, and as G6 mentioned, life insurance went from 2x salary to $50k.
Yeah ask recruiter, I did for all our benefits. If not I can try to look Monday
I believe it’s 16 weeks of paid maternity—when combined with short term disability. I will ask in our bowl and check intranet.
Welcome to our fantastic team!
This is correct.
do not come here i warn you
OP - as someone who just left - be very wary about joining. It’s not just a vocal minority of legacy PwC employees who are unhappy - it’s much more widespread. If the offer is right for you then absolutely take it, but just be cautious. The company is extremely team dependent (really can’t emphasize that enough). Best of luck and congrats!
Very specific question haha
Lol that it is
Congrats!! I know we have them, but I’m not sure of the details. You can just ask your recruiter.
Yes, you should absolutely always ask about the benefits. It’s part of your compensation. With that said, I’m not sure of IVF coverage but I know culturally, leadership is pretty supportive. Many women now are openly going through the journey. Our maternity leave is paid 100% up to 12 weeks (14 for c-section) with two weeks sick leave/DTO prior to delivery.
Are you the same person who is also going to Slalom and just asked the exact same question about their policies?
No, I’m a different person! Glad to know others have similar questions though :-)
Took maternity leave a few months... 6-8 weeks STD (full pay, need to use 5 days sick time before STD kicks in), then 6 weeks 100% paid leave from Guidehouse. Opportunity to tack on up to 4 weeks of discretionary time off as well, full pay (this is newer policy, so would have to confirm).
I'm not sure about IVF, or if even the recruiter would know. That's a really specific insurance question, so may be best to ask more about insurance policy (I'm on my husband's so can't comment on this)
Congratulations and thank you so much!
According to our benefits, with 90 days-1 year of service you have 14-16 weeks paid at 100%. You may also use up to 4 additional weeks DTO (unlimited time off), but this will reduce your utilization while the other won’t.
I am not clear on IVF either. I know we have medical FSA and HSA.
I’m pretty sure there is no IVF coverage. When I joined, I asked how much it cost people to give birth on our plans on average and was told $12,000+ 😬😬😬
Thank you!
