I'm TC2 at Deloitte w. 2 YOE and MAcc. Working on CPA exam. Some of my team peers moved to Capital One as Senior Business Analyst and it seemed good to me too. Recently I was contact by Cap One. The recruiter asked me if I'm interested in- Analyst/ Associate/ Risk Manager roles at Commercial bank (related to real estate or credit). Those roles require 1-3 YOE, but not Master's or CPA. Does anyone know if above positions are as competitive as SBA?

Expecting an offer this week or early next week, but want to know when you start negotiating the salary? When you receive the call from the company or wait until receiving the formal offer letter? They are requesting an interview with hiring manager, who is a lot less experienced than I am. Should I email them now to let know I am not interested or go through it?

Gave my 2-week notice and Partner has asked me stay an extra 3 days to wrap up a project that I know will be a very long 3 days... I don’t really want to do it but also am afraid of burning bridge.
