I just reviewed a severance agreement that was so bad I almost asked opposing counsel if they were joking. It included overly broad NDAs, unenforceable non-competes, and a waiver of every right under the sun. Curious, what’s the worst, most laughable employment contract or severance agreement you’ve ever had to deal with?
