Which market are you in which are cash flowing at these interest rates? Hope you are sharing your experience and not tying to sell anything.
no course, I just look at the market every day and have a good understanding of the rental market too. I use Cash on Cash and it must support $100 per door. It is a simple, but time consuming formula. I look every day.
