After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

Anyone recently received a tax manager offer from EY ? I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

Please search “Coherence”. It might help you as a manager.
Hmm can you elaborate?
Every level should feel like this after a year or two - start to take on more tasks that show you are ready for SM if you’re fine with the day to day of manager life.
I know how you feel, I love my higher level tasks ( merger planning, spearheading forensic and consulting engagements) but dread the work that I loved only a few years before. All in all, probably a good sign !
Haha. What kind of work did you love before?
Hahahaha, I know it's a strange thing to say in the Accounting world ! More specifically, I used to love problem solving, getting into the financials and uncovering why the Schedule L wasn't balancing, for example, or working with coworkers on determining whether a transition/lease should be capitalized or expensed etc. I also, at one time, loved working with and bringing new employees along. I still enjoy doing that but not nearly as much now as I once enjoyed it - in ten years I may hate it ... hahahaha.
Lol and you like what you are doing now! Which is good
