Would you ever consider taking on a different leadership role outside of creative? I’ve been approached to take on a strategic leadership position internally but it’s totally outside of what I’ve built my career on. And doesn’t sit on the creative team. I’m not sure what to do. How did you decide whether to accept the position or not?

I’m 4 mo. in at a growing, privately held company. I’m a founding partner in New Eng. territory w/ ownership stake. My authority is constantly undercut. I’m finding that the “big picture” meetings are happening without me. I push to be added in but I’m told mtgs didn’t take place. B/c I’m being cut out of the larger conversation I miss the fast-paced pivot on goals. I’m frustrated. Part of it’s disorganization w/in the company. Part of it’s a blatant boys club. Part is new kid. Advice?

Was looking at the Nasdaq 100 since the peak on 2/16. The 24 stocks performing the worst are mostly Tech/Comms Services & Consumer Cyclical that ran way up since the March 2020 lows (PDD, ZM, TSLA, PTON, DOCU, NVDA). There are 23 up since the peak though - 1/2 in Consumer Cyclical and Defensive, then Industrials and a few tech. This rotation could accelerate, don't catch a falling knife and cut losses if you're on the wrong end!
