(B) would be an alright progression and ~35% increase, but less than expected from (A) and also might not be the best long term career move. Assuming the offer from (B) comes through, and before I could reasonably delay to get to the offer stage with (A) should I decline, and if so any tips on how to not be a jerk. Leaning towards waiting for (A) but want to make sure I'm not being foolish.

Director interview after super day?

Had a super day last week and I thought it went well, partner sent back a nice message to my thank you note. Trying not to read too into it, but is it normal to have an interview with another director after having already interviewed with a director (and a MD)?

I did mention I have interest in a specific area with a director last week and it looks like this next director I’m interviewing primarily works in that area.

I'm currently interviewing for Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen roles. I have all the competencies required and can demonstrate all the skills through examples from my experience.

The issue I keep getting stuck at is my lack of people management experience. I have some people management from early roles, led project teams, agencies, and currently mentor people in the company. However the feedback is always lack of people mgmt exp.
