I need your suggestion as one of the MNC is asking me to sign these forms
(F&F, Insurance,PF form 11, PF form 2,JMS employee self declaration form, Gratuity form, ESI nomination details)
but Joining date is still 30 days left & I'm waiting for another company offer as I don't want to join this MNC. So if I sign these forms will it be a problem if I don't join them?

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks.
