Also, perhaps start by listing out examples of your own drinking career where you experienced powerlessness and how your life became unmanageable. Once you see your own story down on paper you might see some patterns, which would then help define the concepts. :)
Take a pen and paper and start writing about your drinkimg story (powerlessness) and the related consequences (unmanageablity). It is the story that got you to the rooms.
Dont stop until you are done. You dont need an outline, you dont need to edit it. You just need to do it and it can be raw. It is your story, and there is no wrong answer.
Relapse is a big part of my story. The reason I relapsed was because I thought I was smarter than my disease. I thought I outgrew my addiction and I ould drink like a gentleman. I forgot how I felt when I walked in the rooms, and I thought I was no longer powerful. I thought I could drink amd not have my life be unmanageable.
