Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

No, I think that sounds like an amazing idea. Is your company closed off to self reflection or improvement?
I came up with a few ideas to streamline a process at my company and was shot down too. I finally realized that they just are not open to change. We have been doing things the same way for years and no one wants to take a minute to re-evaluate the current processes. It's so frustrating.
As in one of your own recruiters? How would that work without them remaining anonymous? That’s like a known critic visiting a restaurant - they’re gonna get 5-star treatment. A “secret shopper” would make more sense.
