How's it like at Anomaly?
Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. If I'm making progress, I re-engage pretty quickly. I think if you get distracted while you were stumped or struggling, then it is like a double whammy.

Correct
I just do everything I can to tune out distractions when I really need to get things done. I try to focus on my work for a half hour or an hour, and I don't let anything get in the way. If I even glance at my phone I'll see notifications and the next thing I know, ten minutes has gone by and I haven't accomplished anything. Staying focused takes some discipline, but it pays off as I can get so much done if all I'm doing is my job.

So true for me
This is why I'm very intentional about turning off all of my notifications. I know I'll get distracted if I see them and I won't get any work done. I also allow my employees to do the same and block out time when they're just not available so they can focus on their work.
