I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google
Hi Fishes,
Many peoples saying product based company will pay more than service based company.
But I think nowadays service based companies are paying more than services based.
Actually Tiaa global business services is product based company but not even ready to match the offer. Before interview they are ready to give package but once interview get cleared they will not ready to pay package based on your expectation.
Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I’ve found that a lot of admin work turns into this. I’ve been an admin for 11 years and I’m in the same boat. I’m hoping to make a career change soon. Wishing you the best of luck in your journey, I know it can be a lot!
Administrative work can be such a thankless job. No one recognizes the work you do until it dosen't get done.
We all need our income and walking away from a miserable situation may not be an option, but you can take care of your mental health. Try therapy. It can help coping with the job a bit more bearable.
Sending you kind thoughts. You're right, quitting without any other job lined up will only result in a different type of equally stressful situation for you.
In the meantime, can you find a way to automate your tasks, especially the note taking. If your organization allows, use note-taking apps. If they don't, I've found a trick that works well is to use the dictate function on Microsoft Word. Make sure to use a headpiece and just dictate your thoughts out on a document. That way you can capture the minutiea as it's happening and in lots of details. Then you can edit and incorporate it into your notes later on.
I hope and pray you find something better soon
Hang in there! Thank you for sharing!
Hi! I am looking for a referral to join American Express. I am part of a restructure and am actively looking for a job. The Sunrise, FL location has 2 openings. Any advise/support you can provide?
I am in the same boat - I feel like nothing I do is good enough. I went from being appreciated for my work to now being asked why am I even involved... when I use to be the go to person for these exact situations.
Don't give up your search! There is something out there for you. Also, remember that every job provides a learning opportunity. Maybe this one is for learning how to preserve! I'm cheering for you!!
