I really get irritated by employers who ghost candidates after interviews or don't even feel the need to tell you where you may have messed up. Or jobs that make you go through 3 interviews just to tell you you didn't get the job. I don't know like to me it's childish but w/e.

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. Is this white flag territory or is there still hope? And if it’s the ladder is there anything I can do to speed up the process or is it just a waiting game.

Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process. I was using a new computer and long story short, had some technical difficulties (or maybe just my own incompetence under stress) and ended up only getting through half of the test. I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?
