I really like my current gig. Great salary, solid work, and the people are actually nice. Problem is, leadership is kind of meh from a creative learning stand point. Is it weird to reach out to a creative I admire and offer to buy them a coffee or beer to have a chat. Not asking for a job, just looking for some mentorship.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH.
