I received a job offer from a small company of 75k for a Sr. Recruiter In Phoenix, AZ. However I received offers from 95-125k from other companies (same position).
I really like the company culture at the lower paying job but I do not want to be under paid.

Is 75k low for senior recruiter in PHX? How do I negotiate the salary at the lower paying job?

Edit: they 75k is base + commission. 25 per hire, with a contract of 30 min positions to fill per month.

Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. Any good ideas to keep your day job and start a business that allows for enough freedom to take taxable income from 350k to 0?

Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
