I recently had a job I really enjoyed and pay was good to. I had only been in training tho when I had a seizure. When I returned to work the next day the boss and I thought it would be best for me to start over next class. The Fri. Before the class I was told they stopped classes till July. My friend there said the did have the class. Any ideas why they would do that and should I be hopeful I'll be welcome back there? I have another job I'm supposed to start too.

You might be able to have some compensation for discrimination depending what state you are.

I'm in Arizona. Was just blown away. I could of been looking for another job the whole time I was waiting to go back. I was there a month we were just starting the Y-jack OJT where we start taking calls. Basically my classroom time was done and we were staying the OJT part. I don't know if it would be worth the hassle I mean I could use the back pay if I won. Just really wanting to now if others thought it was discrimination or what else could it be. I really really enjoyed the people there.

I should add they didn't contact me about me not coming back I emailed them letting them know I was ready and looking forward to coming back. Then I get an email saying they would call me and that we needed to talk. I know I was only in training but the whole atmosphere and the people there made me want to be there. I learned a lot in a short time because of the way it felt there.

I am a new joinee to CTS . It's going to be a month now and I haven't received my laptop.

I gave one interview for a project and was selected. They assigned me allocation but haven't reached out to me after that.

I am not sure whom to reach out to for any query and to some people whom reached they don't respond with any answer .

What can I do to get a working project as i don't want to sit idle?

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…
