I recently opened a fidelity account to start a 401k and IRA (both roth) and put money in. How do I pick stocks that EY approves of? From my understanding, if I don't pick stocks the money just sits?

I am a traditional reservist so I never really used military benefits before, but could use advice here.

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity.
