I recently started working as an AM at a multinational SaaS based company. The salary, benefits and culture is pretty good but the role itself is very numbers and sales focused. It was a good way for me to get in the market after being unemployed
for a long time and specially after multiple unsuccessful interviews. But now I am confused as to what I should do as I am super nervous given the nature of the role is more salesy rather than client relationship focused.

How do y’all deal with people at work who are stuck on stupid? Like they have no idea what they’re talking about and they REFUSE to learn.
