I signed an offer today at another firm (woohoo) going from a large consulting firm to a industry specific M&A firm. Start date is after Labor Day. Not sure now when to put my two weeks notice in. 170 hours of PTO to use or cash out, but I’m in the middle of a project so can’t necessarily just take it. If you were in my shoes, when would you give your two weeks?

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. I know some may think it is a no brainer but offer A allows me to grow the department ground up whereas offer B id be apart of to just different

I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.

Please help me know whom can I approach & ask for project openings/tagging. I'm worried as it's already been 6 months!
