Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Start networking your goal May be easier achieved by hopping into a startup briefly then becoming an independent consultant. I know a few people who started in consulting then went independent.
Network at Cap to get out of SAP. Offer to work on RFPs and any bizdev/practice development for another practice to see if you can finagle your way into another practice.
Probably the easiest option would be like SC1 says, to network your way onto healthcare-related projects. You can also consider moving to a healthcare specific like ZS, Trinity etc. At ZS the majority of our projects involve work with pharma companies and you learn about how to navigate the health care system from their lens.
Feel free to DM if you have more questions
Yes it is possible. For example in the past year, I’ve worked with the healthcare systems of the US and Germany.
Of course to be upfront, global opportunities are not present in every project. Based on my understanding of other consulting models, it may be harder than they advertise to actually get staffed on projects in several countries.
Some good direction here. I’ll add to it.
Get into case interviewing. Learn about problems, business problems that way. You’ll be extremely well positioned.
Lots of resources online, firmsconsulting is by far the gold standard when it comes to training. It’s run by former partners.
