I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)
I just get paid in production company lunches

I think more context is needed here. Did you actually get in an argument? Were voices raised? Was this in front of the team or the client or behind closed doors?
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with disagreeing with your boss or standing up for what you think and arguing your point. It’s all about how you do it. If your boss fires you for disagreeing with them… their management style sucks.
Voices weren't exactly raised, but it did go back and forth in front of the team. We had been talking about it earlier (the team and I) and IDK why I felt like I needed to advocate for the team. I regret my approach a bit now since no one else on the team stood up for me even though we JUST talked about it...
Be honest with your boss. Have a conversation, acknowledge the interaction you had went outside of what you intended, your passion for the project took over and admit you could have handled it better. Let them know you're using it as a learning moment and offer to set up a meeting to talk further on the subject discuss next steps to get a successful outcome. Good luck.
