Ask HR
It is an event bc of family insurance change. You can ask by navigating to the insurance from my total rewards / look for benefits express. Send email through that. Or maybe even email from Outlook to ssc_customer self service.

I haven’t given much time looking into it yet (thanks to 7 straight months of year ends) but will be this week. In general find “HR” to be vague and hard to actually get in contact with the appropriate person. Speaking from experience on other matters unrelated to health insurance.
1-800-EYHELP3 has an HR line you can talk to and they have always been super helpful
Admin things like that are a necessary part of work/life. Get it done. Because if you ever miss something like an insurance enrollment period and have the excuse that it was “busy season" people will just reply to your face tough luck. Prioritize over client deliverables if you have to. Especially when things like that would only take 20mins. Client work will always be never ending
26th birthday is approaching, want to make sure I can enroll outside of the November enrollment because of 26th bday as life event. Also, not sure who within HR to reach out to
Is there not a “people consultant” in your office? I always start with them on these types of questions
