Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

If you want to get a PMP (or another cert), use Onward2Opprtunity. Save your GI Bill for something else.
I would counter that PMP could be worth it outside of government. I have it and use it daily in a program manager role. While what I manage is connected to the military, there are plenty out there using a PMP in other industries. After MBA, I used GI Bill for a PM certificate program that covered the education requirements, and then later took the PMP using a past company tuition assistance program. You might also look into Voc Rehab if you qualify - provides additional benefits.
No advice on that but if you have at least 10% disability rating you can add an extra year to your benefit with voc rehab
Why not get a certificate? Are certifications not be able to be used with what’s remaining of your G.I. bill?
PMP is a great certificate to have! Very good jobs for a project manager.
PMP certification is marketable and desired in every field. I highly recommend.
Take Trade classes. Those lessons never go stale and you will be able to do all those things for yourself instead of paying $100-$500/hour for someone else to do. Welding, plumbing, electrical, etc.
