Now I’m trying to be more flexible and take chances. How closely do you think candidates need to match job descriptions to be competitive?

Do all firms share utilization reports for all staff with everyone? I feel like it’s awful for our company culture to share everyone’s stats office-wide. Just breeds anger and bad vibes all around.
