I want to declare FAP for HRA and other components but HSBC HR closed so called window and I missed to submit. Now it’s blocked for year. I have to bear loss of salary due to this.
They don’t have a working HR and just a Helpdesk. Any way to escalate this further.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports.
