I wanted to reach out to share my experience and seek some advice regarding my recent technical interview for the BA4 Analyst position at Barclays.
I completed my critical interview round about a week ago i.e. 17 october, and since then, I haven't received any communication regarding my application status—whether I've been selected or not. I checked Worlday, and it still shows "Interview in process."
Should I wait or move forward ?

Question for yall. How likely is an offer once a company decides to do a reference check? I know I am in the final 2, from context clues in interviews. I just dont want to get my hopes up.

I have a financial audit background (4 years Big-4), 1,5 year in deal advisory (half year financial due diligence department, 1 year valuation department). Feeling down. I've interviewed for probably 12 positions (mostly Senior Manager level), and always getting rejected. Is this normal? I do try and ask for feedback, and sometimes they give saying that there just isn't the right fit for your skillset at this time. If so, then why did you interview me? #frustrated

I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k.
