I know right. Bunch of snobby millenials. I hope the Boomers put us in our place.
It sounds pretty awesome but actually not. If the employees can take more than 30 - 40 PTOs a year, that's good side of it. But realistically it's not like that. The firm just do it to remove PTO accruals and doesn't want to pay the accrued pto hours when you leave the firm.
Just do your work and take your time off. Be thankful you have a job and quit acting so entitled.
