I went to UConn for graduate and under grad. My MBA was in Real estate Finance. Finding the Center for Real Estate at UConn was a huge blessing. It made finance concrete for me. I believe that they now have a Center for Real Estate in their Stamford, CT branch. It is a great resource. You'd be surprised how many events they hold in CT for RE professionals. They will research a question on short notice with accuracy. And they're a great resource to the CT RE professional community.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?
