Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?

I’ve used both Monday and Wrike… they’re (all) pretty similar and will work well. Just need to have a clear process / way of working so everyone is being consistent about how they use features. Otherwise in a small house it turns into a free-for-all.
100% agree. Make sure to use the CRM in your on-boarding and make it clear it’s part of your process. The last thing you need are people using it once and then never again because “it’s not the way they work.”
Everyone needs to be onboard for it to work well.
My tried and true favorite is always Asana (it has tons of integrations, and I find it well suited to creative projects). Sometimes it's nice to test out a few and see which works best for your needs too - most come with a free trial
Big fan on Asana! It integrates with so many platforms and they have a free version you can try, but the paid has so many more amazing features!
Check out Ravetree. They don’t spend nearly as much on ad campaigns as Monday, but most of their clients are former Monday users. They also have a ton of integrations.

Big fan of Monday
I’ve used Wrike and Monday. Wrike is a bit more robust in my opinion. But if you’re at a smaller agency, Monday.com might be more affordable. It depends what you’re wanting to use it for. For example - I think Monday is better for keeping schedules. But wrike is much better for passing around deliverables and automating approval systems, etc.
But I echo the person above who emphasized process. Be prepared to really establish process when rolling out these tools to keep things streamlined and efficient.
