I work at a smaller firm and lately the work has been piling up and there's only so much overtime I can realistically handle while still taking care of myself. At what point is it okay to ask for help and say no to extra hours?

Does anyone have experience with an assignment during the interview process for an in-house counsel position? If so, what kind of assignment did you receive? I have one coming up if I go to the next round and am wondering what to expect. Thanks!

I’m currently sitting in two seats at my company, a small org with 8 employees. I’m head of operations and head of marketing, making $56k. I am really ready to be done. That said, I’m hoping to land a marketing director role, remote, for a nonprofit, NGO, or mission-driven company (something in the green sector would be ideal).
