I work at a very small consultancy (under 10 employees) at a managerial level. The only person above me is the company founder. I work on a few ongoing consulting projects and manage all HR processes. I am currently on £27k which I know is very below market rate, but it’s difficult to compare my role at a tiny company to a comparable HR managerial role at a bigger company that could be paying double that. Is it worth asking for £35k?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).
