Sometimes I feel that way, but I have been picking up good habits lately.
I've been there before. Ease out of these habits slowly instead of cutting it cold turkey. Start drinking less amounts and less frequently. Know how to limit yourself. You'll start noticing how much better your body feels afterwards.
It took me a long time to master my diet, and I still try to just eat in moderation. You could try working with a dietician or a nutritionist you trust if you need some extra help! It's nothing to be ashamed of.
I'm trying to transition into becoming vegan and I'm struggling so hard because I love cheese so much! I know it'll be good for me but I can't help but mourn for all my favorites. Hoping I could find good enough replacements.
Guilty. But I'm currently on the process of turning my bad habits around. Started eating healthy last sept 1st. I never felt this good!
That's the irony. I am giving advice to people and supports clean and healthy living. However, I love to eat a lot of sugar and chips. I feel guilty especially that I am a heavy drinker. Lol.
Same here. Technically, we are called healthcare providers, but we don't provide the same for ourselves. I smoke daily and eat fast food at least 3x a week. Joke's on me.
Haha. My diet is non-existent. I eat whatever's in my fridge. My comfort food is pizza and beer. I guess that says a lot.
I have a few apps on my phone that are helpful for developing habits. Also got an apple watch which keeps me honest lol
