I’d too comment right quick that it wasn’t an easy decision but, after I quit I did get into a big flare. I loved doing my job getting my work done but, the environment became weird and, I’d always be in pain or fatigued not being able to step away for 2 minutes really did affect me. There were more people there that knew the protocols ,and well I guess me being to nice made them feel like I could handle it all and being young, I’m not one to make excuses for myself but my health comes first.
I work in the school district. I have an auto immune disease a couple of them. They work with me and by law they have to give you your brakes because if not, that’s they can get in a lot of trouble. It is the law that you get your breaks or break. Good luck to you in the future stand your ground.
Depends on where you are. My state there is no law about breaks. They can work you up til 12 hours no break then turn around and have you off for only two hours and coming in to another shift.

Not getting necessary or required breaks would be a deal breaker for me.
