I would like to leave my company to move to a company where my work is more dedicated to climate change adaptation, resilience, and/or clean energy. I have been applying for months without success. I’m less than 2 years out of school and am scared of getting pigeonholed as my current role is not closely aligned to sustainability (it’s more technical as I studied computer science but would like to leverage my business degree on the sustainability side).
