I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. I used to always do physical thank you’s after interviews (I’ve hung out in a lobby afterwards to write them, and also taken some time to sit in a cafe and then returned to the office to drop off, which people were nice enough to oblige). One of my hiring managers even kept my thank you note on her desk once I started.
Definitely not overkill to follow up via email, imo. Reiterate your interest, mention that you’ve been thinking about the role and had a follow up question. Just make sure you are concise and comprehensive with your follow up - one email is good, multiple is overkill.
I admire your physical notes left behind. In this day and age that stands out to me
@ae1 Nope asked if I could hang around in the interview room to write them. They had no obligations.
Also will it look bad if I only send this one question to one team member? It's specifically addressed to her role, but I don't want the person who didn't get the an extra note to find out and think less of me.
If the questions are specific to her role, I don't think anyone is "taking count" of who is getting extra thank yous. From personal experience, I have never talked about the receipt or content of a candidate's thank you note with my coworkers.
Also..... Do physical thank yous actually work? I would assume due to the slow nature of the mailing system, thanks yous would often arrive after the hiring team made their decision.
@AE1 I left them at reception after I left and had the recruiter drop them off.
So you wrote them prior to meeting with the team? Sorry - legit just curious!
Not overkill to email questions too. I even had a second round with my previous boss because I had more questions that I asked to schedule her as well during my second round
