I'd like to start working with a recruiter. I'm moving from Clinical Social Work to something like patient support services with pharmaceutical companies, though I'm having a tough time finding agencies that include this in their scope. It's not generally listed by companies that focus on either healthcare or pharma. IS it not a role recruiting focuses on? Am I looking at the wrong firms? Should I just try to connect w/ pharmaceutical focused recruiters?

I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out. I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.)
