If I am staffed on a remote project, do I have to work out of my home office location or can I travel to another city (for personal reasons) and work from there? Do I have to tell my manager?

When you get stuck on a design or when you are starting a big project, what are your creative processes? Do you look at colors? inspiration? Pen and paper? Illustrate something? Want to work with my designer on a toolbox of steps to pick from to find what works best for their individual creative process? I know my creative process is look at inspiration, pen and paper, then start designing, but I don’t want to assume that’s theirs too.

Hi! I have recently started working with a SaaS based company as a program coordinator co-op. I graduated last month and I am actively looking to get a full-time job soon. My current co-op ends in mid december and at my current company there isn’t any operations/program/project mngmt teams as of now.
