If I leave b4 for a mid market firm as a senior will it be tough to get back into b4 in a couple years as a manager?

Which of B4 + MBB pays SWE/DS the most? I know they can't compare to FAANG, but just among these guys, who pays the most? Who has the best talent/tech implementations?

Hi Everyone - I was hoping someone could throw some light on the kind of work trust and safety does. I see a lot of open roles - managers, senior strategists etc. I have a top 20 MBA and about 8 years of big 4 experience in consulting - would this be the right kind of role to get into? Or is it more engineering?

Anyone know which companies provide differential pay for 3+ years? So far I’ve heard Lockheed, Walmart, JP Morgan.

For those who have gone from one big 4 to another…was it frowned upon by your superiors/looked at as a slap in the face, even if your intentions are to leave on good terms?

Lots of people talk about going from Tier 2 / Big 4 to MBB, but what’s the best way for year 1/2’s to do so? Would assume referrals from similarly leveled colleagues wouldn’t matter, online apps?
