I’m unstaffed for the first time this week, which means that no one wants to book me. Not even for BD. I have been crying all day and start having suicidal thoughts again.

I almost self harmed but stopped by grabbing something strong and drinking it straight. I've calmed down a little but this is the first time I turned to alcohol to cope. As long as I don't mix it with pills it's ok right.... I'm deep in self hate & shame now.

For those who work 100% remote with their company, what health insurance provider does your company offer? (ie. UHC, Aetna, BCBS, etc)

Does anyone in this group have ADHD? Are you finding that working in a law firm setting and billing hours is just not something they can do or is it possible with the proper medication and therapy?

I don’t cut my hours, I consistently reach 7 hours a day, but it’s not enough to meet my firm’s minimum requirement. I’m usually working 9 hours/day.

I saw a great thread online about a Black physician who saved the day when a patient came in for an urgent MRI, but had metal pins in her wig so none of the white nurses or doctors could get it off. Would it benefit me to take a pay cut as a transactional clerk by about $20k to work as a clerk for a year then re-enter firm life? I’m transactional and enjoy that line of work.
