If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Ya I would say manager level
155 for a manager is steep
I left as a manager 2 and got a salary in the 120s with a 15% bonus pool. Puts me at around 140k or so. This is a lower cost of living area. 155k might require a high manager or low SM
I'm looking at exits in the area of 155-165K as M2 in the southwest if that helps.
Ey2 yeah left at m2 and when i was looking for jobs everything was capped at 120/125 for industry manager roles. 150 base sounds high.
Need big bucks eh
Kpmg1 any luck? What roles are u looking at?
SM / Director of IA
EY1 depends. If it’s high COL I plan to make 130k as first year manager and, moving out of PA, 155k is not out of sight
Manager
First year SM left and found one in LA @ 165k
Manager or SM depending on COL and opportunity of course. Most opportunities that come my way now are in the 110-150 range.
