If I want to make $150K post public accounting at what level should I leave? Currently Senior 2 and seeing salaries from 80-100K. Southwest.

Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.

I'm italian, 26 yo and currently working in France as financial analyst.
Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on

The Job requirement says its Entry Level, but the experience it requires is always 6 year+... like how would a fresher match that.. should I've started coding at 6th grade or what?

What’s the best answer/action when a partner asks you for a deliverable but it’s been sitting for manager review for a couple days?

How do you know if you applied for a position to low? What I mean is got accepted for a position as a senior associate but if all firms are desperate for staff should I have applied for experienced senior associate? I have two years of experience of public accounting and two years outside practice.
