If I’m applying from Booz Allen, what are the chances of getting into FAANG with a background in Data Science? What would increase my chances?

I work in compliance area with TC of 155k (135k base) and 8yr work experience on my belt now. I always feel that my comp is well behind compared to my peers with similar level of exp....how can I switch out of Risk/compliance and/ or make more without getting an MBA degree? any company suggestion?

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

It was because of my strong technical skills+connections(I already know 80% of the group)+activeness. My mom said that's exactly what she values in the professional setting. I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself).
