I’d definitely give them a heads-up! I think being transparent about your interest in multiple roles shows you're exploring the best fit for your skills and career growth. You can frame it positively I think by like emphasizing that you're eager to contribute to the company in different ways, no need to feel embarrassed about having mnay interests
I can't see any downside to alerting someone you want to do that. You might be able to get some insight on what's up with particular positions, which would be a nice benefit. I guess applying for multiple positions could make someone look a little scattershot, so you might as well talk to someone first and get whatever insight you can.
Internally, I would only choose 1 or 2. Otherwise it just looks like you are throwing a lot of bait out there and just hoping something sticks
