I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

came in as L7 - and offer letter said bonus would be up to 21%
year 1: raise 1% bonus 7%
year 2: raise 13.5% bonus 9% - promote to SM
year 3: IBM called and offered a 30% raise and a sweet sign on, so I jumped
Can’t remember all details, but since 2015 I’ve increased my salary by 88% (excluding bonuses). So roughly 12% per year. (2015-2022)
Got lucky with two promotions and also understanding that I came in VERY low as a lvl9.
3rd year lvl 7 now.
Ahh gotcha. I’m US. And below most of my peers while doing more work. But apparently I’m still close enough to them……it just sucks Hahahha. Other places are offering so much more
Mine went from $130k at L9 to $153k at L8

Second Year: 2%
Make sure you negotiate up front because you’ll be stuck at or near that pay until promotion.
1st year 11% (came in as year 3 SM)
2nd year strategy did salary adjustments and it was 24%
3rd year promote and 19%
4th year 5%
5th year promote 20%
Congratulations! That's inspiring!
My first raise was .08% lol. But I joined in June of that year. Second year my raise was a lovely 2.8% haha.
5% as a manager 😕
Pennies. But I’m in Corp Functions. Client facing gets the real raises and we get what’s left.
Chief
1.9%
My first raise was 1%..lol
4% with no promo
Zero
I just joined this summer as an L9 and got an unexpected 6.5% bump this cycle, no bonus
Where ya located??? I’m C3 and no where near that ha
Just got my first raise after 2 and a half years and it was less than 5% 😤
L9, first raise was 4%
Just under 4%
4% to 6% should be expected for a meets expectations type.
Joined June 2019 and got 0 in 2020
