Move, get the raise and eventually come back to original agency for more money
👆
Or, C stay at your current agency and wait for an offer that had the money and team you’re looking for. You’ll have more options come your way. Especially in this market.
Yeah second this. Look for a place where you get better offer, team, AND potential for upward growth.
If you love your current agency couldn’t you ask them for a raise/ counter? Let them know you received that offer and you really don’t want to leave but at this stage in your life you need the extra compensation.

Is the money decent for your market? How much of a diff between the two offers are we talking? If it’s like, 10k or less, def stay where you’re happy. If it’s more than $20k or more, go to the new place! Somewhere in the middle - follow your heart!
I just had the same issue... Sort of. I was freelancing for a place and they offered me to come on. I have a friend there and their culture was great. Their ecd was strict design and he was a nice guy but struggled giving direction. Second place came in late and offered like a lot more. Thought long and hard, took the money. First place wanted to match but IMO they could've made a stronger offer to begin with.
Long story, try to find a balance and remember you love what you do but you also are a hired gun and you work for you and your family. Do what's best for you and them always.
Option C - keep job hunting until you find the right fit.
All depends on how old you are.
