I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. Let’s talk about wrongful termination. The other day I was fired in the middle of the day without any warning. Me(jr): asked to lead a call for a different deal as training. Mid-level doesn't take notes (also on call) and tells me it's the job if the junior to take notes.
