I'm a '23 M7 grad feeling super lost. Since graduating over a year ago, I've pursued a couple entrepreneurial endeavors that didn't pan out. My pre-MBA experience was hedge fund middle office. I've spent months trying to network into banks, consulting firms, investment firms, startups, with no success. I genuinely feel unhireable at the moment. I know it's a tough market, but I don't seem to have the "right" experience for any role, despite the elite MBA. Where can I go?

Has anyone made the transition from non-profit and small firm practice to federal government, big law, in-house? I’m a special education parent attorney at a small firm and I’ve spent my legal career in the education and juvenile areas of the law working for 2 non-profits before ending up at the firm. However, I’m just exhausted, unmotivated, and and looking for a change. At this point (6.5 yrs of practice), is that type of transition even possible or am I stuck due to the practice area?

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? For those of you who got out at 10, do you wish that you rode it out to 20? I’m at a crossroad and I’m not sure what to do. Have some active/reserve time, wrapping up graduate school, and am now considering either a) come back to the business world or b) go active and retire before 50 and live off a nice pension. I'm trying to choose between IBM Corporate Strategy and Innosight. I like both opportunities. Innosight pays more, but I've never had a big brand like IBM on my resume. I'm currently an ops manager at a big 4 in London and received an offer from a small boutique firm with 25-30% pay rise.
