Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. Tech stack- ETL, abinitio, aws YoE 9 years CCTC 18.2+10% variable Capgemini

I'm so burnt out. A lot of staff are leaving or retiring. The quality of staff that are replacing those leaving is absolutely abhorrent at best(sleeping, propping doors, absolute disregard for even the basics of security in a mid level prison, even when im training an OJT/New officer). The new generation of inmates is even worse. im honestly not sure if it's worth the money anymore. I'm vested in my retirement at 10 years. I'd lock in something. But im at a loss as to what I'd do. This has been my longest running job. Any advice would be appreciated. I don't see this system getting any better anytime soon. 2/2
Have you tried putting in for a promotion for a higher role? W/the time you've put in at your position, I'm sure they'd consider you for a higher role/better paying job.....
I just retired from Plano PD, you should check out agencies in the DFW area. Everyone is hiring and pay up here is pretty good. We top out at 36 months at 100k and usually get a pay increase every year. I was making about $135k a year with overtime.
