All the best!

Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Hi, would you be interested in teaching nursing at one of the community colleges? Ok I understand you have osteoarthritis. Don't give up because you have so much to offer.
Cadence remote chronic care is hiring nurses. I work at Tellihealth (formerly Signallamphealth) i am a chronic care nurse, work from home for 3 PCP offices out of state for over a year and LOVE IT! Good pay/benefits/401k/HSP etc. No weekends or Holidays. PTO/Sick and floating holiday, Prerty much ran by nurses. They provide your laptop/headset/monitor. Plus quarterly bonuses. We don't let ya fail. EMR is EPIC/MEDENT and we are moving away from Salesforce for documents and haveca new one catered to our workflow! Go on LinkedIn its all over posted. No part time but check it out PM me if you want to apply or speak on it more
Have you considered a job with a health insurance company? They are typically 9-5 M-F & have many positions for nurses.
Supervisor?
In my other post at the end of it I said I did get the job. That was and error I didn’t get the job. At this point I don’t want to apply for anymore jobs. Because after 6 interviews. I just feel like I’m to old to be working and that their will be more turn downs. I just feel like I can’t do it anymore.
Consider collagen if you have osteo-arthritis and fish oil . Only you will only know by trying it if it helps those knee joints and bones glide past each other better. It helps my sciatica!
LPN or RN, age discrimination is rampant and difficult to prove. As an RN and a senior citizen I am finding I get turned down again and again. Very hard to find part time days position outside of acute care hospital. It’s very discouraging.
I am focusing on skills. Wound care or IV. I see many jobs around and with wound care, you can work PRN. I am also considering doing agency work on a PRN basis. Things are definitely crazy. Have you thought about obtaining different skills, such as data? This is a badly sought after skillset and can allow you to work from home and open up a pool of interdisciplinary positions that need your knowledge. I am considering that as well.
I have the skills in data management, data entry, electronic filing, project management, can work many software systems, my skills continue beyond these skills as that is just the tip of iceberg. People with our years of working come with tons of skills and experiences that can not be taught. We are the loyal, dependable and dedicated workers, we are the dying breed. We have taught ourselves technology and how to keep up with all of the changes in the world and workforce.
You could apply to work remotely from home as a chronic care manager or do remote patient monitoring. After knee surgery and shoulder surgery 3 years later, I decided enough is enough. I am in my 50s and work from home making more money and don't need to ever worry about being short-staffed or how I am going to get hurt this time.
I feel like I could’ve written this entire post! I found a desk job as a Referral Coordinator for 3 years and fired cuz corporate bullies are assholes. Can’t seem to find a small office desk job or a work from home job, but I keep looking and remain as positive as possible 🤷♀️

In that case I would just keep applying for jobs as they come up and be patient. The job market is pretty wild right now so it likely isn’t personal.
I am a nurse with 40 + years and will be retiring soon. Have you considered an other option; ie stem cell technology?
I feel you. I'm having the same issue along with most of my laid off co-workers. Like you I have been there and done that in my 45 years of working and putting into the system that is now giving me a hard time collecting my benefits that I paid for. I finally got my SNAP but still pending other benefits. It doesn't do much for one self esteem especially when you keep getting rejected even for jobs that you have been doing for years. I have NEVER had such a hard time getting a job or be unemployed for this long. I wish us both luck.
You should consider HEDIS nurse coordinators or abstractors. Theyre typically remote and very in demand within health plans.

I know that’s discouraging. Are you able to stay retired financially or do you need to work?
A lot of people need to work when they’re older
No I don’t really need to work right now but it things keep going up. Yes I will.
Look into senior living.. they use LPNs for multiple positions
I agree with Program Manager 1. Having worked for a large health insurance company myself in the past, they have positions for Nurses as Case Managers, etc., where you work remotely from home. If you're interested, you should just Google health insurance companies and then look on their career sites for open positions.
Apply for a position in a medical clinic/Dr ‘s office, they usually aren’t open night, weekends or holidays
Check usajobs.gov to see if there are any LPN jobs at a VA near you. The VA does not discriminate based on age. I just retired at 67 from the VA after 15 years. It was a good job with great benefits.
See if your local developmentally disabled services in state require LPNs to help oversee the medical care of their individuals. It should be a fairly flexible position.
Susan H in Boca. I’d like to do home care. I’m in Fort Lauderdale. What company are you working with?
I am not working with my agency anymore nthe owner wants private pay and only aides we as RN and LPNs can not work as sides because not medical liability it has been a good agency in the past for me
Im 44. Know how you feel. We don't have a choice.
