Although Amazon has instituted a hiring freeze and layoffs are probably on their way, I went through the loop for a security engineer position at AWS. Before I attended the final interviews, Amazon placed the hiring freeze and called me to ask if I wanted to go ahead or cancel my application. I decided do go ahead Right now I'm waiting for their response and the position I applied to changed from "under consideration" to "no longer under consideration". Thoughts?
I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

It’s my 1st switch so please guide me. Hr from Siemens called yesterday to discuss salary they offered 6 and said we have this band only. I said I have an offer of 7.3 so atleast match this. Now I want to ask for joining bonus as its Work from office. Shall I wait for offer letter to come then ask or shall I call today itself before getting OL? Also I wanted to negotiate more for salary. Think of what your seniors did and say you did that. You've undoubtedly done some senior tasks is you're an experienced associate. Make sure to highlight the times you led, directed, or were otherwise accountable for someone else's work or process.
You want to make it come across as you are a senior and can do the job.
In my opinion mentioning utilization won't count for anything and is just fluff. Kind of like giving your gpa 5 years after college.
Mention size of client (revenues, AUM, etc)
Did you help train and develop new staff/interns, participate in recruiting, research to help with white papers/thought leadership, etc..? Realization and utilization are sometimes out of your control. What else did you do to further your development to senior?
