I’m an audit staff accountant applying to another firm as a senior. It’s hard to quantify my accomplishments instead of just listing duties. Would it be dumb to mention utilization and realization? Any ideas?

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.

7 year lawyer here. Been with the same big national firm all 7 years (not BigLaw) doing complex litigation. Been working remote a long time due to moving around for wife’s job. I am a Chartered accountant and truth be told given the current times CA is a really low incentive education any potent person can get. Today I see engineers barely with a few years of experience earning lakhs per month. Whereas me despite being in the right place at the right time is working hard 10-11 hours each day even today.
