Hi Guyz,
Any one from IBM ?
I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?
Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

Interested as well, I know people often say introverts have the advantage when it comes to being able to listen and think critically but would love to hear thoughts on this
The world prefers extroverts.
As a blanket statement I don’t think this is true. I think there are certain careers where it’s easier to succeed as an extrovert. But it’s also a lot easier for extroverts to be disliked/ alienate people.
figure out and build in self care that recharges those batteries, but learn to be an extrovert publicly. I call it being “on” for a meeting, it’s like stepping into character for a lil bit and then back out after it’s over
I like that! I definitely go through periods where being on can come easily, but sometimes it’s just not sustainable. What do you do for self care?
Same here!
